E-Mail: Change Your Password Before it Expires

If your e-mail password has not expired, but is about to, when you login in to Outlook Web Access, please click on the "Cancel" button if get the following message:

Clicking on Cancel should allow you to access your e-mail account. Once you’re logged in, you must change your password or risk it expiring thus requiring you to call the DoE Help Desk to get your password reset.

If you tried to change your password when above form was displayed, and now you can't log into OWA, you'll need to call the DoE Help Desk, 718-935-5100, to have them reset your e-mail password.
